Hello, my name is...(Slim Shady)

To whoever is reading this (maybe just me, which is fine), my name is Lisa, and I'm a 20 year old, soon-to-be acting student in Los Angeles (leaving good ol' Boise in two weeks).  I find myself often daydreaming about movies I wish "they" would make, lists of the best whatevers in movies, my favorite actors, and all of that jazz.  I seem to have a need to share these things with others, but most times I can tell I'm boring people with my endless babble on how awesome this one moment I saw in a movie was.  Maybe I'll seem like less of a film know-it-all if I can just get all of my thoughts out here.  And maybe, those who are actually interested will find some enjoyment in whatever I have to say.

I've never had a blog before.  I actually kind of think that most bloggers are a bit self-indulgent and whiny, and just like to make a big deal of themselves by posting they're douche-y thoughts for the whole world to see.  Of course, there are a lot of others out there that are actually very entertaining.  My hope is that I will not come across as someone that takes themselves too seriously or wants everyone to tell me how awesome I am (I already know I'm legit.  I'm too legit to quit).  I think that I can be a bit of a perfectionist, and so I think it will be fun to have a place where I can organize my thoughts and have them look all nice and pretty.  So...That's the purpose of this.  I guess.  Here it goes.
